CANCELLATION POLICY

Nail Service Policies: Card policy: A card on file is required to book ALL NEW appointments. Your card will not be charged unless the policies below are violated. 1. Tardiness Policy: if you arrive 15+ minutes late to your service, I cannot guarantee the full scope of the service booked. At that point, if you choose to reschedule, the rescheduling fee will still apply. 2.Notice Period: Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If your appointment needs to be canceled within 24-48 hour time period contact me directly @9312310623 for rescheduling or cancellation 3. Late Cancellations: please provide a 24 hour notice for any cancellations + rescheduling. Any later notice will incur a 50% charge of booked services. 4.. No-Shows: if you miss your appointment without the proper notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. 5. Repeat Offenders: Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments. 6. Emergency Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. If something unforeseen comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so I can work with you and get your appointment rescheduled. I understand that emergencies happen.
