I am a creative nail artist with a passion for creating unique designs. I graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2023 + am a student teacher at Modern Academy of Cosmetology. I specialize in all things nail art, ranging from intricate designs + applications to extensions + overlays. When I’m not in the salon, I enjoy spending my days with my husband and my puppy, Oakley! I am dedicated to providing a unique experience with exceptional customer service. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Nail Service Policies: Card policy: A card on file is required to book ALL NEW appointments. Your card will not be charged unless the policies below are violated. 1. Tardiness Policy: if you arrive 15+ minutes late to your service, I cannot guarantee the full scope of the service booked. At that point if you choose to reschedule, a rescheduling fee of 10% will be added onto your next service! 2.Notice Period: Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Anything before the provided 72 hour time frame will not incur a late fee. If your appointment needs to be canceled anytime after the 72 hour time period please contact me directly @9312310623. 3. Late Cancellations: please provide a minimum 48 hour notice for any cancellations + rescheduling. Any later notice will incur a 50% charge of booked services. For a first time last minute cancelation. You will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. 4.. No-Shows: if you miss your appointment without the proper notice, you will be charged 60% of the scheduled services the first time Second time you schedule an appointment and are a no show, You will be charged 100% of the scheduled services and flag for future appointments. 5. Repeat Offenders: Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments. 6. Emergency Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. If something unforeseen comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so I can work with you and get your appointment rescheduled. 7. Client Contact Policy: when I'm at home, my focus is on my husband and family. I'll respond to appointment requests and questions weekdays from 9am-7pm and Saturdays from 10am-5pm. I'm unavailable on Sundays as I prioritize my mental health to ensure I can provide you with the best service possible. Thank you for understanding! I understand that emergencies happen.
